BEN KIEN SHINCO

Established on 01 / 01 / 1985 with the name of Ben Kien Mechanics Factory which belonged to Ministry of Mechanics and Metallurgy. On 15 / 06 / 1990, the factory was transfered to the Ministry of TranSBsport and Communication with the name of Ben Kien shipyard. On 11 / 03 / 1993, Ben Kien became a State owned enterprise belonged to Union of shipbuilding yards (now Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group) . On 16 / 8 / 2004, under the Decision No. 150 / 2004 / QD-TTg, shipyard was renamed as Ben Kien shipbuilding Industry, one member State owned Co., Ltd of VINASHIN Group. [Details]
